Pathway 1 · Create

Build new enterprise software
from scratch or from legacy.

CORE Create turns your business requirements into a complete, production-ready enterprise application — starting from either a blank slate or an existing legacy system that needs to move to modern tech.

Two starting points. Same production-ready output.

Whether you're building a system that doesn't exist yet or replacing one that has outlived its stack, Create takes you from business description to deployable software — with every screen, data model, and security control reviewed by your team before code is written.

Systems CORE has built from a blank page

The kind of enterprise software that traditionally takes 6–12 months of custom development. CORE builds these from a business person's description in weeks, not quarters.

Procurement approval workflow — Multi-level sign-off with SOX audit trails, Okta SSO, Slack notifications, and department-specific routing rules. Real worked example on See CORE build one.
Contract lifecycle management — Draft → legal review → negotiation → execution → renewal reminders. E-signature integration, clause library, redline tracking, audit-ready record of every version.
Employee onboarding portal — HR forms, IT provisioning workflow, manager checklist, day-1 documentation, integration with Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Vendor risk assessment system — Questionnaire distribution, evidence collection, risk scoring, quarterly re-assessment, regulator-ready reports.
Field service dispatch platform — Ticket triage, technician assignment based on skills and geography, real-time status, mobile-first UI for field staff.
Compliance evidence tracker — Control library, evidence collection cadence, auditor read-only access, gap analysis dashboards for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.

Legacy systems CORE has rewritten on modern stacks

Business logic is preserved exactly. What changes is the underlying technology — the maintainability, security posture, hire-ability of the team who will own it going forward, and the ability to move faster on the next change.

Undocumented 2009 ASP loan-origination backend. Fifteen years of business rules buried in legacy code; original developers long gone. CORE indexed the entire repository, extracted the embedded rules, and generated clean microservices with automated unit and integration tests. Senior architects reviewed the generated diffs and verified rule mappings stage by stage. CORE handled ~80% of the refactoring toil — passed the compliance audit and completed a two-year migration roadmap in under five months.
Intranet portal that only ran on Internet Explorer. Company-wide migration to modern browsers blocked by IE-specific ActiveX and JScript scattered across the codebase. CORE identified every browser-locked dependency, replaced each with a standards-compliant equivalent, and delivered the application running cleanly on Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox with identical UX and workflows.
Java EJB monolith → .NET, for Microsoft-stack consolidation. Post-acquisition, the enterprise standardised on a single toolchain; the Java system carried two decades of critical business rules no one wanted to lose. CORE extracted the rules, generated equivalent C# services with equivalence tests, ran side-by-side for six weeks to prove parity, then cut over cleanly with a documented rollback plan on standby.

Not scaffolding. A finished application.

Every Create engagement produces a complete, deployable system — with all the moving parts real enterprise software needs, and none of the "we'll figure that out later" gaps that plague traditional projects.

Your team approves the blueprint before code is written.

Every screen, every data model, every access control, every third-party integration — reviewed by your team and explicitly approved before generation begins. This is not a setting you can turn off. It's how CORE works. See a full worked example on See CORE build one.
