Disclaimer
Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using CORE or relying on any information or output it produces. By accessing core.ssdbtech.com or using CORE in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of CORE immediately.
1. Nature of CORE and its outputs
CORE is an artificial intelligence-powered enterprise software generation platform. It uses AI models to interpret business requirements and produce software specifications, database designs, API definitions, user interface blueprints, and — where applicable — application code. CORE is a professional tool designed to support and accelerate human software development processes, not to replace professional judgement, legal advice, technical expertise, or regulatory compliance review.
Critical: All outputs produced by CORE — including specifications, code, architecture recommendations, data models, and any other generated material — represent AI-generated suggestions. A mandatory human review and approval step is built into CORE's workflow at each stage. No CORE output should be deployed in any production or live environment without independent technical review, security assessment, and — where applicable — professional legal, regulatory, or compliance validation by qualified persons.
2. No warranty as to outputs
SSDB Tech Services, Inc. makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any output generated by CORE is:
- Accurate, complete, or free from errors, bugs, or logical defects
- Fit for any particular purpose or suitable for deployment in any specific business context
- Compliant with applicable laws, regulations, standards, or industry requirements in any jurisdiction
- Free from security vulnerabilities, and no warranty is given that generated code has been security-audited
- Current, as AI models have knowledge cutoff dates and may not reflect recent regulatory, technological, or industry changes
- Original, and no warranty is given that outputs are free from similarity to third-party intellectual property
The quality and relevance of CORE's outputs is directly dependent on the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of the requirements and information provided by the user. Incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrect inputs will produce outputs that reflect those deficiencies.
3. AI limitations and inherent risks
As an AI-powered platform, CORE is subject to limitations inherent in current AI technology, including:
- Hallucination: AI models may generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect, logically inconsistent, or technically invalid outputs. All outputs must be validated by qualified professionals before use.
- Bias: AI models may reflect biases present in their training data. CORE's outputs should be reviewed for unintended bias, particularly where the generated software makes decisions affecting people.
- Knowledge cutoff: Underlying AI models have training data cutoff dates. CORE may not be aware of recent legal changes, new security vulnerabilities, emerging standards, or technological developments after those cutoff dates.
- Non-determinism: AI outputs may vary between sessions even with identical inputs. No specific output is guaranteed to be reproducible.
- Context limitations: AI models process inputs within context windows. Very large or complex requirements may result in outputs that do not fully capture all specified requirements.
4. User responsibility for review and deployment
You, as the user, are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing all CORE outputs at each mandatory review stage before proceeding
- Engaging qualified software engineers, architects, security professionals, and other relevant experts to validate outputs before deployment
- Ensuring that any software derived from CORE outputs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in every jurisdiction in which it will be operated
- Conducting appropriate testing, including functional testing, security testing, performance testing, and accessibility testing, before deploying any Core-generated software
- Ensuring that personal data processed by any software derived from CORE outputs is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law
- Obtaining any necessary licences, permits, approvals, or certifications required for the software you deploy
- Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the risks associated with your use of CORE and deployment of its outputs
5. No professional advice
Nothing produced by CORE or published on core.ssdbtech.com constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, medical, security, or other professional advice. CORE is not a substitute for qualified professional services. Specifically:
- CORE's compliance-related outputs (references to GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and similar frameworks) reflect general patterns and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of compliance
- CORE's security architecture recommendations do not constitute a security audit or penetration test
- CORE's data model outputs do not constitute database design advice from a qualified data architect
Where compliance with specific regulations is critical to your business, you must engage qualified legal counsel and technical advisors in the relevant jurisdiction.
6. Third-party references
CORE's marketing materials and generated outputs may reference third-party products, platforms, frameworks, standards, or organisations (such as cloud providers, software vendors, or standards bodies) for illustrative or technical purposes. Such references do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, or certification by SSDB Tech. All third-party trademarks, product names, and company names are the property of their respective owners. SSDB Tech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any such third party unless explicitly and separately stated in a formal written agreement.
7. Illustrative content on this website

They are not guarantees of specific outcomes, timelines, or cost savings. - Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of CORE or its outputs
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation
- Security incidents, data breaches, or regulatory penalties resulting from deployment of CORE outputs without adequate independent security review
- Third-party claims arising from software you build using CORE
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
- Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the CORE platform
These limitations apply regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and regardless of whether SSDB Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cap on liability: To the extent any liability of SSDB Tech is not excluded by the above, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CORE shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to SSDB Tech in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
