Cap on liability: To the extent any liability of SSDB Tech is not excluded by the above, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CORE shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to SSDB Tech in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
